1. Why This Policy Is Different From a Physical Store

Every product listed on EasyWP Shop is a digital download — software bundles, themes, guides, or creative assets. Because the product is delivered and accessible immediately after payment, standard "return the item" refund rules don't apply. This policy explains exactly what you can expect instead.

2. Cancellations

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, an order can only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once your payment is authorized and access to the download is granted, the order is treated as fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.

If a payment is deducted but you did not receive order confirmation or access to your download, contact us immediately with your payment reference. This is treated as a failed/incomplete transaction, not a cancellation, and will be resolved or refunded once verified with our payment gateway partner.

3. Refunds

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Because the product is intangible and can be copied, "change of mind" after download cannot be reversed the way a physical product return can.

The only exception is a genuinely defective or broken file — for example, a corrupted download, a file that fails to open, or a bundle that's clearly missing content described on the product page.

To request a refund for a defective file:

1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order ID and a clear description or screenshot of the issue.
3. Our team will verify the issue against the original files.

If the issue is confirmed, we will first attempt to send you a corrected or replacement file. If the issue genuinely cannot be fixed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds, once approved, typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Situations Not Eligible for a Refund

• Change of mind after a file has been downloaded or accessed;
• Incompatibility with software, plugins, or platforms not listed as supported on the product page;
• Purchasing the wrong product by mistake;
• Any use of the product that violates the license terms described on its product page.
